Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates, we cannot accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will replace any items damaged during transit.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your shipment for any signs of heat damage or structural compromise to the packaging.

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as these are required for our quality assurance review process.

  • 3.
    Contact Customer Care

    Email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos to initiate a replacement claim.

  • 4.
    Resolution and Reshipment

    Once your claim is validated, we will process a complimentary replacement order or issue a store credit for the value of the affected items.
